HOW DOES A BEGINNER START WORKING OUT?
It can be frightening to even consider how to begin exercising, whether you want to run, ride a bike, lift weights, or practice yoga. After all, it can appear like exercise comes so naturally to those who are already in the middle of it while going through all the fitness-related posts on social media, or even witnessing runners comfortably power up the hills in your area.
Don’t hold off till the ideal time.
You can put off taking care of yourself until you have more time, less stress at work, or less responsibilities if you feel “too busy” to break old patterns.
You have to start making healthy decisions right away; there is no need to wait for the ideal time.
You must determine whether you are prepared for change or you won’t succeed if you are not fully committed to the procedure (and all the unknowns). You must constantly remind yourself that you will triumph despite any negative feelings or challenging circumstances. In essence, it’s about balance, and you have to be fully dedicated to doing so.
Start slow , Don’t do all exercise on 1st day of your fitness journey . Don’t over exaggerate yourself so that you can’t do exercise on next day. Try to initiate with smaller process and do it consistently.
Start with 10 min of walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or any other physical activity but try to be consistent and do it for longer time . Change your unproductive daily habits and try to inculcate some productive habits in your daily life.
We see some motivated videos and get overhyped or over motivated and think that we can achieve our goal in a day or very short span of time but we forget that FITNESS IS A LIFESTYLE that have to be done regularly…
Motivate yourself by making one minor adjustment and observing the impact it has.
